What this website collects

This website has no accounts. The only form is the appointment booking form (see below). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your language choice (English or Telugu) is remembered in your own browser so the site opens in that language next time. It is never sent to us.

When you contact us

If you book, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and reason for visiting. We use them only to arrange and provide your care, and keep them as part of your clinic record.

WhatsApp and email are run by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply to messages sent through them.

Online booking and Google Calendar

When you book online, your name, mobile number, email (if you give one), visit type and chosen time are saved as an appointment in the clinic’s Google Calendar, so the doctor and front desk can see it. For online consultations, Google Meet creates the video link; if you gave an email, Google sends you a calendar invitation.

The website uses its access to the doctor’s Google Calendar only to show free appointment times and to add the appointments patients book. For the doctor’s other events it uses only their start and end times, to know when she is busy; it does not store or use anything else about them. Nothing is shared with anyone else or used for advertising. Google’s privacy policy applies to Google Calendar and Google Meet.

Videos and maps

YouTube videos and Google Maps load only when you press play or “Show map”. At that point YouTube or Google may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

Visitor statistics

We may use cookie-free, aggregated statistics (such as page views) to understand which pages are useful. These do not identify you.

Your medical information

Medical records are kept confidential and handled in line with Indian law and medical council guidance. You can ask for a copy of your records at the clinic.
